Modern Movement Australia is the political and policy vehicle. The Sovereign Build Corporation is the entity that builds. The Multi-Modal Corridors platform is the engineering programme. This page explains how they fit together.
The political and policy vehicle. MMA is the public face of the programme — the voice that puts the case to voters, politicians, and the public. It is what you are reading now.
The entity that builds. A government-owned corporation, established by legislation and funded from a diversified pool of capital sources — including Australian superannuation, sovereign wealth funds, anchor tenant pre-payment, infrastructure JV equity, and green bonds. The SBC owns and operates the corridor on behalf of all Australians. Revenue from energy sales, water contracts, AI campus leasing, and frequency control services flows to Australian government accounts, Traditional Owner sovereign wealth funds, and continued build-out of the continental system.
The engineering platform. The five-level dual-leg elevated viaduct that carries freight rail, the transcontinental aqueduct, HVDC transmission, services, hyperloop reservation, and maglev passenger rail on a single structure across the continent. The MMC platform is the technical solution the SBC deploys. Detailed engineering specifications, the patent family, and the canonical documentation live at multimodalcorridors.com.
Brett Murrell is the founder of Modern Movement Australia and the originator of the SBC programme. A mechanical engineer with 18 years in oil and gas, Brett is a farmer, father of four, and a former kiteboarding school operator in Thailand. He has authored two original physics papers — the Aether Theory of Everything and the Governor Atom Model — under the alias Boh Morel.
Brett is contesting the seat of Robertson at the 2027 federal election, under the Moral Majority Party platform. Robertson is a bellwether seat that has voted for the federal government of the day since 1983.
